Amar Dhanwade
Founder & CEO
Amar Dhanwade is a veteran logistics leader with over 25 years architecting supply chain strategies for billion-dollar operations across FMCG, e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing sectors. He founded SupplyEdge to bridge a critical gap in India’s logistics landscape, process-heavy, enterprise-grade responsiveness and infrastructure, technology, and accountability needed for scale. SupplyEdge was born to deliver enterprise capability at startup speed, powered by edge architecture and customer-centric partnerships.
Prior to SupplyEdge, Amar served as Country Head & COO at FM Logistic India, leading 5,000+ team members across 90+ facilities serving 70+ enterprise clients.
Amar holds a PGDIE from NITIE (IIM Mumbai) and executive education from INSEAD, Tuck School of Business, and CEIBS Shanghai.

Tejjesh Navsarikar
Last Mile Operations
Tejjesh is a strategic operations and finance leader with 15+ years architecting financial systems, operational frameworks, and scalable processes for logistics and transportation enterprises. He drives last mile excellence at SupplyEdge, leveraging his deep expertise in financial planning, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership to build efficient, accountable, and customer-responsive delivery operations. His focus: translating edge architecture into ground-level execution that’s fast, transparent, and scalable.
Prior to SupplyEdge, Tejjesh served as CFO at SSK Logistics, steering financial operations, risk management, and strategic planning while supporting the acquisition of vehicles and implementing cost-saving systems. He has led finance and accounting transformations at Maersk Global Service Centre and JFK Transporters, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance.
He holds an MBA (Finance) from Pune University, a Diploma in Taxation Law, and a B.Com. from North Maharashtra University.
